What is military human performance?

Military Human Performance refers to the study and application of methods to optimize the physical, mental, and emotional capabilities of military personnel. Professionals in Military Human Performance often encounter the challenge of balancing individualized training and support with the operational demands of military units. They must adapt evidence-based methods to diverse populations, ranging from new recruits to seasoned personnel, while ensuring programs align with mission requirements and limited time or resources.
