Job Description:
Come Join our IHOP Team!
The Cook is responsible to store, prepare, cook and properly plate all food items in accordance with federal, state and local regulations and IHOP
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain professional functional working relations with IHOP Team Members.
  • Prepare food according to specifications set forth in IHOP SOP manuals.
  • Memorize and apply all IHOP specialized gallery terminology, plating menu items, procedures, gallery utensils, abbreviations and methodologies.
  • Maintain a clear and sanitary workstation.
  • Comply with all federal, state and local regulations as well as with IHOP Safety Manual, and SOP health, sanitation and safety guidelines.
  • Comply with IHOP and Onvo uniform and appearance standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Works effectively with others (individuals and departments) in a positive, supportive and cooperative manner.
  • Maintains a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Perform cleaning duties according to posted cleaning charts.
  • Performs all duties in a safe and responsible manner to assure workers, guests, suppliers/contractors and the environment are not at risk.
  • Complies with all company safety policies, procedures and instructions.
