LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team.


Location: Ramstein Air Base, Germany


Job Description:

Help Keep Airmen Mission Ready

LMR Technical Group is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide comprehensive clinical care supporting the Human Performance Optimization Program for the 435th Air Ground Operations Wing. Physical Therapists play a critical role in injury management, rehabilitation, return-to-performance, and readiness optimization.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct musculoskeletal evaluations and assessments
  • Develop evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide rehabilitation, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education
  • Document all encounters within approved Medical Treatment Facility systems
  • Conduct injury prevention and recovery workshops
  • Coordinate care with strength and conditioning professionals
  • Support return-to-duty and return-to-performance initiatives
  • Other related duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
  • Active, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in a U.S. state, territory, or DC
  • Ability to obtain and maintain MTF credentialing and privileging
  • Ability to obtain and maintain installation access
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Dry Needling certification
  • Military, tactical, sports medicine, or occupational health experience
  • Prior H2F, OHWS, POTFF, or military performance program experience
  • Previous overseas experience
