Job description

This position is located at Aviano AB, Italy and will support Combat Rescue Helicopter training operations. The incumbent will support the first shift. Some travel may be required. Due to mission requirements, a Secret clearance will be required.
The successful candidate will function as the on site security representative in Aviano AB, Italy for the Combat Rescue Helicopter training program. The position is part of a larger security team made up of other CRH security reps at other operating locations as well as teammates at the Orlando FL facility. This site only has one security rep who will provide student services as an additional duty.
The selected candidate will be responsible for day to day site security operations as well as preforming scheduling and registrar functions which include but are not limited to:
(1) badge issuance
(2) classified material management
(3) security education
(4) COMSEC Responsible Officer
(5) ensuring coordination with base IP and other relevant offices
(6) Government Use Time (GUT) and Scheduled Training Time (STT) scheduling
(7) Daily, weekly and monthly training schedule generation.
(8) other duties as needed by leadership.
