Gastroenterologist - Midwest Locum Tenens –OHIO Position – 2-3 Days in Clinic and 2 Half Days Performing Procedures OHIO- GI- Locum Tenens: Job Description Our Ohio facility is looking for a full time Gastroenterologist to provide coverage as soon as possible. This is an opportunity to do bread and butter GI part-time. The need exists due to the departure of another GI for family reasons leaving a significant gap. This established practice covers ~55,000 patients and will be between a 3 and 4 day work week. Will require mainly outpatient coverage with some coverage in the Ambulatory Clinic connected directly to the facility. 100% adult, 75% Office/Clinic and 25% Hospital based. 2-3 days in clinic and 2 half days preforming procedures. We are looking for someone available to start as soon as they are credentialed; an active Ohio license is preferred. Providers must have a current Ohio license at time of presentation/name clear. Provider must be Board Certified. On Call requirements 24 hr. Weekday 10 days a month Weekend requirements 24hr 1 Weekend a month EMR- Allscripts/Paragon Certification requirements: BLS must be AHA Start Date 03/01/2016 Assignment Duration- Ongoing need Shift Days/ Call State License OH The length of this assignment is flexible as you can work anywhere from 90 days to 6 months or even stay on permanently if you feel the position is a good fit.
