POSITION SUMMARY
The Accounting Specialist within the Shared Services team is responsible for material ticket processing, handling incoming customer phone calls, entering equipment vendor invoices. This position requires someone who is customer-service focused, able to identify potential issues, and take initiative to prevent future discrepancies. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented, comfortable with billing processes, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software programs, spreadsheets, and basic accounting.
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Enter daily material sales tickets from pits and quarries
  • Process product orders
  • Collect payments from customers
  • Enter equipment accounts payable invoices
  • Completion of various month end activities including reconciliations, reporting, and customer account maintenance
  • Complete other administrative tasks as assigned

This is a full-time position located in Onalaska, WI. Some overtime may be required.
