• Interest In: Small-animal general practice including wellness exams, preventative care, diagnostics, client education, and continuity of care with a strong focus on urgent care medicine. This role is ideal for veterinarians who enjoy triage, same-day and urgent cases, acute illness and injury management, pain control, stabilization, and fast-paced clinical decision-making, with the option to participate in general practice care as part of a hybrid GP/UC role.

• Experienced Veterinarian Preferred: This opportunity is best suited for an experienced veterinarian comfortable with urgent-care style caseloads, clinical autonomy, and independent decision-making. Prior urgent care or emergency experience is ideal, though strong general practice veterinarians with a passion for urgent care are encouraged to apply.

• Urgent Care or Hybrid Opportunities: This hospital offers exceptional flexibility with Urgent Care or a Hybrid GP/Urgent Care role. Schedules and caseloads can be tailored based on your interests, experience, and career goals, making this an ideal opportunity for veterinarians seeking variety, pace, and balance.

We are looking to expand our hours to include evening and weekend shifts for Urgent Care to better serve our community.

• Supportive, Experienced Technical Staff: A skilled and collaborative support team that understands urgent care workflows and works closely with doctors to support diagnostics, patient handling, anesthesia support, client communication, and efficient case flow allowing veterinarians to focus on medicine even during high-acuity periods.

• Layout Specifics: Full-service, AAHA-accredited hospital featuring multiple exam rooms, treatment areas, surgical and dental suites, in-house laboratory, digital radiology, in-house pharmacy, and structured spaces designed to support efficient urgent care and same-day workflows.

• Collaborative Team Environment: A compassionate, team-oriented culture focused on high-quality medicine, clear communication, and strong collaboration between doctors and staff, particularly important when managing urgent and time-sensitive cases.

• Patient Mix: A diverse caseload that includes urgent care presentations alongside routine general practice visits. This role allows for a primary urgent care focus, with flexibility for hybrid urgent care and GP responsibilities based on doctor interest and scheduling needs, including some weekend coverage.
