The Serverย is responsible forย delivering an exceptional experience through refined service, expert menu knowledge, and anticipatory hospitality. This role requires grace, precision, and a strong understanding of luxury service standards. The Server ensures guests feel genuinely welcomed, attentively cared for, and delighted from arrival to departure, consistently reflecting the hotel's elevated brand of service excellence.ย 

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, providing an engaging and polished first impression.
  • Present menus, describe daily features, and guide guests through food and beverage selections.
  • Encourage upselling or menu items according to guest preferences to maximize average ticket.
  • Take accurate orders, accommodating dietary restrictions, allergies, and personalized preferences.
  • Execute elegant table service aligned with luxury dining standards.
  • Ensure all beverages are delivered with correct timing and presentation.
  • Maintain immaculate table settings; clear, reset, and prepare tables with precision and efficiency.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the experience, anticipating needs and adjusting service accordingly.
  • Process payments accurately and follow all POS and cash-handling procedures.
  • Communicate seamlessly with the culinary, bar, and support teams to ensure flawless service flow.

Qualifications
