Description

Valor Oil is seeking a responsible, motivated company driver with clean and safe driving records to join our team as a Local Dedicated Truck Driver. Our drivers deliver petroleum products out of box trucks, semis, and tank wagons. 


Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 hourly

Location: Richmond, KY

Schedule: Monday - Friday midnight shift

Start date: Immediately

NO OVERNIGHT SHIFTS-HOME DAILY


Responsibilities:

  • Transport Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), lubricants, and fuel safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate with customers as needed to ensure service satisfaction.
  • Handle cargo, including drums, pails, and totes, with care.
  • Work in various weather conditions as required.
  • Operate a forklift to load and unload materials as needed.


Requirements

  • Must demonstrate a strong understanding of and commitment to safety protocols in the workplace.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills are required for interacting with team members, customers, and management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a positive working relationship.
  • Must possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify issues and find solutions effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks, following procedures, and meeting deadlines.
  • Class A or Class B CDL 
  • Willingness to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 30 days of hire
  • Ability to lift 25 50 lbs on a routine basis
  • Forklift experience a plus
