Job description
- Define and implement a market segment growth strategy, focusing specifically on Data Center cooling solutions, including both liquid and air cooling technologies.
- Understand industry dynamics, the decision-making chain, and the key stakeholders involved in product specifications and purchasing decisions.
- Analyze evolving industry requirements and translate how these changes impact the application and demand for our products.
- Identify relevant industry standards and requirements to guide development, qualification, testing, and demonstration activities for market legitimacy.
- Communicate clearly to internal stakeholders the general architecture of Data Centers and related applications for our products with respective OEMs.
- Collaborate closely with the technical sales team, application engineers, and the account management organization to build a pipeline of new project opportunities, define winning sales strategies, and identify growth and innovation avenues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years in business development or key account sales.
- A background in Data Center infrastructure is required.
- Experience with High-Density Data Center Cooling solutions is preferred.
