Job Title: Middle School Algebra TeacherÂ

Reports To: Middle School Principal
Summary: Instructs students in one or more subjects by performing essential teaching duties, assuring that the mission of the schools is supported. Models a servant’s heart and promotes an attitude of respect, teamwork and professionalism by speaking well of other faculty and staff members; supporting our entire school system-lower school, middle school, upper school; praying for and with other faculty and staff; encouraging others in Godly living and excellence; lovingly holding others accountable; actively pursuing ways to encourage members of the schools.Â

Education and/or Experience: Â Â Â
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience; or Fifth year college or university program certificate or two to four years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; valid teaching credential.
Credentials, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
A certified teaching credential is required. A combination of education and experience may be considered by the administration in lieu of a credential, depending upon the teacher’s department and duties.
Qualifications:
In addition, in order to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of additional knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Computer Skills -
Knowledge of Contact Management systems; Database software; Spreadsheet software; Internet and Word Processing software, including, but not limited to, Google and Microsoft Suites.
