Responsibilities:
  • Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly.
  • Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of performance.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to meet business demands.
  • Assist in financial management, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies.
