    Sourcing Manager
    As a Sourcing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier selection, and driving supplier performance across key telecommunications commodities. Acts as the primary liaison between the company and global suppliers throughout Southeast Asia and domestic markets, fostering strong supplier relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Supports new product introduction (NPI), maintains production continuity, and contributes to long-term supply chain and sourcing strategies to ensure operational efficiency and supply reliability. Manage supplier relationships across Southeast Asia and Domestic supply base.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage supplier relationships across Southeast Asia and Domestic supply base.
    • Lead supplier onboarding, qualification, and performance management.
    • Develop sourcing strategies aligned to category management goals.
    • Lead RFQ process and supplier selection.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements.
    • Maintain vendor and pricing data in ERP systems (D365 or similar).
    • Support NPI sourcing and ensure materials meet cost and timeline targets.
    • Track supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery) and drive improvements.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Planning, Operations, and Quality.
    • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including dual sourcing strategies.
