Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, fast-paced individuals to fill a Part-Time and Full-Time Retail Donation Attendant Positions at our Oxford store located at 190 S Washington, Oxford

$16.00 an hour

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to donors, assisting them with donations in a friendly, professional, and safe manner.
  • Assist with customer/donor concerns, handling them professionally.
  • Record all donors and donations accurately on the Donation Tracking form; record all gaylords/items accurately on the Bill of Lading.
  • Assist with janitorial duties, maintaining the cleanliness in the backroom and on the sales floor. 
  •  Maintain standard back room layout and orderliness to ensure efficiency.

  • Can you lift and carry 35 pounds?
  • Can you reach, bend or stoop?

  • Are you familiar with a pallet jack?
  • Ability to work in cold or warm temperatures, depending on weather and donation traffic
