Job description:

ABA Therapy Partners is looking for a Mid Level Supervisor for supervision and assessments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavioral Techs.
  • Conduct weekly school, and remote supervision sessions.
  • Establish trust and rapport with parents in order to maintain positive relationships.
  • Utilize analytical skills in order to recognize and define goals for each individualized case.
  • Analyze behavioral data.
  • Develop lesson plans and training materials according to school curriculum
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Supervisors, and Behavior Therapist/RBT Trainer to discuss treatment and areas of improvement pertaining to each client.
  • Assist in conducting FBAs, skill acquisition intake assessments, and develop reports.
  • Perform administrative duties and other tasks, as needed.
  • Provide emergency and crisis support when appropriate.
  • Maintain professionalism when representing the company by working cooperatively and courteously with clinical team members.

Qualifications:

  • Need experience in Schools
  • Must be enrolled and active in a masters program or have a masters degree
  • Has experience ABA supervisory experience.
  • Experience with FBAs and report writing a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of policies and regulations in the clinical field.
  • Problem-solving, decision making, and analytical skills.
  • Patient, compassionate, and approachable.
  • Demonstrates cultural sensitivity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Time management, organization, and documentation.
