Job description

Adecco Staffing is working with a high-level manufacturing facility in Keene, NH to bring on Assemblers for 2nd and 3rd shift. These are full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities offering long-term potential with a company known for precision, quality, and innovation.

This role is ideal for detail-oriented candidates who are comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and have strong hand-eye coordination.

Position: Assembler

Shift:
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM (OT available)
• 3rd Shift: Sunday – Wednesday, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (OT available)

Pay:
• 2nd Shift: $25.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience
• 3rd Shift: $25.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience

Duties / Responsibilities
• Perform cleanroom assembly operations requiring a high level of precision
• Assemble components using process sheets, blueprints, and engineering specifications
• Use race gauging and assemble bearings requiring radial play or contact angle adjustments
• Apply oil lubrication using dip, drain, or drop methods per specifications
• Perform light assembly and testing of electronic speed and position sensors
• Assemble and test sensor targets used in robotics, automation, and automotive applications
• Perform in-process inspections and maintain accurate documentation
• Complete primary packaging as part of final production steps
• Follow all quality, safety, and cleanroom procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled work environment

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, process sheets, and technical documentation
• Experience using basic gauging and measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and steady hand movement
• Ability to use tools such as tweezers, microscopes, knobs, levers, push buttons, foot pedals, and weigh scales
• Basic computer skills and comfort with documentation systems
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
