Job Description

Assist in installing and supporting Enterprise Systems Management components in a complex multi-vendor environment.

Serve as subject matter expert for Service Now

Configure elements of asset, change, incident, problem, knowledge management modules based on business and IT requirements

Perform Application UI and supporting workflow configuration

Assist business service lines in developing client specific reporting To provide Service Now reports to management (hardware, software, compliance)

Enter and track IT assets in Service now using manual or automated processes

Create, track , modify CI records to include CI details and attributes

Maintain relationships between business services and the IT infrastructure

Provide first-level support with regard to ESM systems during production problems and work with technical groups administrators on all aspects of problem prevention and resolution.

Work with administrators from technical groups on documenting existing system designs including dependency diagrams and process flow to ensure all appropriate areas are managed.


Qualifications

5+ Years of experience in supporting/deploying/administering/implementing ServiceNow

5+ Years of experience as an administrator
