  • Business Development & Growth: Leverage deep technical expertise to support sales efforts, forge new market alliances, and solidify the firm's reputation as a premier structural partner.
  • Technical Authority: Oversee and validate complex structural calculations and designs, ensuring rigorous adherence to international building codes and steel construction standards.
  • Resource & Budget Integration: Masterfully juggle multiple high-priority deadlines, coordinating internal teams and subcontractors to deliver sophisticated systems within tight fiscal and temporal guardrails.

Required Qualifications
