Job description

Growing family practice currently consisting of three locations seeking Mid-Level Practitioner. Current practice locations are Jasper, Kirbyville, Woodville, and Newton, Texas, located in rural southeast Texas, a short distance from Sam Rayburn and Toledo Bend Lakes area.
