  • Oversee loading, protection, securement, and transport preparation of equipment in accordance with manufacturer standards and DOT requirements
  • Make real-time field decisions to adapt to site conditions while maintaining safety and quality
  • Complete required reports, provide photographs and job documentation accurately and on time
  • Train, coach, and develop Level 1 and Level 2 employees while reinforcing MEC standards
  • Support company vehicle driving responsibilities when qualified and assigned
  • Work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends, with periodic travel primarily within the Mid-Atlantic region based on customer needs.

Skills Required for Success

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to direct crews and maintain accountability
  • High-level mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability in dynamic field conditions
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute work in sensitive healthcare environments
  • Professional communication skills with strong customer-facing credibility
  • Commitment to safety leadership, quality execution, and team development

  • CDL Required:
    • Premium paid for valid Class A ($5 per hour) or Class B ($3 per hour) CDL upon employment
  • Demonstrated experience leading crews and managing field execution
  • Strong working knowledge of rigging methods, site protection, and customer-facing operations
