  • Conduct outreach to annual fund and select mid-level donors, helping to build and maintain relationships
  • Partner with team members to ensure donors receive timely, thoughtful communication
  • Help strengthen donor engagement through consistent follow-through and attention to detail

Project & Team Support

  • Assist with event logistics and prospect research as needed
  • Contribute to donor-facing materials and written communications
  • Provide administrative support that enables the broader team to operate effectively

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-4 years of professional experience, including 1-2 years in a directly relevant area
  • Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce or similar), with a focus on data accuracy and reporting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, thoughtful written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on details

Preferred
  • Experience in fundraising, development operations, or donor relations
  • Experience with annual fund campaigns, gift processing, or donor stewardship
  • Experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles with high attention to detail
  • Comfort communicating with external stakeholders in a professional setting
