Job description

At parcelLab, we help leading retailers turn post-purchase moments into experiences customers remember, and come back for.
Our platform is used by brands like Skims, Caraway, Pandora, Yeti, and Travis Mathew to power post-checkout communication, drive retention, and build long-term loyalty.
This role is for someone who doesn't wait for perfect conditions - you see opportunity, roll up your sleeves, and figure out how to make things happen.
You don't need to have sold to every big logo on the planet. What matters most is that you're hungry, resourceful, coachable, and motivated by solving real problems for customers.
You'll be supported by Marketing, Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success - but you'll also be expected to own your number and your territory.
The role
You'll own a set of strategic mid-market accounts and run end-to-end, value-led sales processes - from early discovery through to close.
Engage in high-impact multi-threaded opportunities with senior stakeholders across CX, e-commerce, marketing, IT and procurement, partnering closely with SDRs, Marketing, Solutions Consulting and Customer Success.
This is a role for someone who likes ownership, cuts through complexity, and is comfortable figuring things out as they go.
What you'll do
  • Own a defined mid-market territory or account segment and take full responsibility for pipeline and revenue
  • Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, events, and creative outreach
  • Run discovery calls that uncover real business problems - not just surface-level feature interest
  • Deliver product demos and tailored presentations that clearly connect parcelLab to customer outcomes
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation to close
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders across CX, Ecommerce, Operations, and Marketing
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success to move deals forward
  • Create simple, value-based business cases and proposals that make buying easy for customers
  • Keep forecasts and pipeline data accurate and up to date in CRM
What we're looking for
We care more about mindset than a perfect checklist.
You're probably a great fit if you:
  • Are a true self-starter who doesn't need constant direction
  • Enjoy figuring things out when there isn't a playbook yet
  • Get energy from talking to customers and solving real problems
  • Are comfortable hearing "no" and know how to keep momentum anyway
  • Want to grow your career in SaaS and are hungry for more responsibility

From an experience standpoint, ideally you bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, BDR, or closing roles (mid-market preferred, but not required)
  • Some exposure to ecommerce, retail, logistics, CX, or marketing technology (nice to have, not mandatory)
  • Experience managing multiple deals at once and moving them forward independently
  • Comfort working with different buyer personas across business and technical teams
  • Willingness to learn structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC, value selling, etc.)

Why parcelLab
We move fast and build together, offering real ownership, meaningful challenges, and a front-row seat to shaping our sales motion as we scale.
Growth here isn't about titles or tenure , it's about taking on bigger challenges, learning fast, and making a real impact. We'll support you, but you'll be expected to lead.
What we offer:
  • Be part of a fast-growing SaaS company backed by strong investors and global brands
  • Learn from a world-class sales team and progress your career in a high-impact role
  • Competitive compensation and commission structure
  • Remote-first culture with flexible work environment
  • Collaborative, inclusive, and ambitious culture
Perks & Benefits:
Plenty of room for your own ideas...space to try, fail and learn!
Comprehensive 30-60-90 day onboarding plan in place from the very first day to help you integrate seamlessly with the rest of the company and understand new responsibilities
Equipped with the latest MacBook or PC, as a digital-first company, you choose whether to work entirely from home, in one of our offices or a mix that suits you. Not close to one of our offices No problem! Find yourself a co-working space instead, and we'll help cover the costs
Career development opportunities, including our Leadership Development Program, as well as online language courses and available budgets for further training
โ™€ Stay grounded with our free meditation, mindfulness and coaching sessions via our mental wellbeing platform TELUS.health
Regular company retreats, parcelLab events (in-person and online), local and regional meet-ups, as well as team off-sites
Be part of a motivated, diverse and international team made up of over 25 different nationalities; and with a great rating for company culture and employee experience on Glassdoor, you'll love working here!
Equal Opportunities:
parcelLab is an Equal Opportunities Employer. We live the motto always joy, always team, always equality, which means we celebrate diversity and do not accept any form of discrimination or harassment. We believe that diversity enriches our employee experience and allows each of us to deliver the best work possible.
