Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician I for a contractor onsite position in Phoenix, AZ (85040). Please find the details below:

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Shift: 3rd Shift – 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, currently 5 days/week (moving to 6 days/week during busy season)
Overtime: Required during peak season
Work Mode: 100% Onsite
Pay Rate: $32 On W2

Summary

This role requires working onsite six days a week during peak season. The position supports maintenance operations to ensure maximum production efficiency, quality, and safety standards in a world-class manufacturing environment. Candidates must be flexible, as schedules may include weekends and overtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance functions supporting Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs

  • Complete work orders and summary reports accurately

  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
