Job Description
VIBRA TRAVELS is seeking a Travel Radiation Therapist to join our expanding network of healthcare professionals. We're looking for dependable, detail-focused travelers with experience delivering radiation therapy treatments in an oncology setting. If you're ready to support life-saving cancer treatments while traveling the country, this is your opportunity!
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Current, valid, and active license or certification to practice as a Radiation Therapist in the state of employment required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of recent experience as a Radiation Therapist required
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program required
  • ARRT (T) certification required
  • Current, valid, and active driver's license required
  • Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation
Certificates, Licensures, Registrations:
  • Current, valid, and active state license and/or ARRT certification required
  • ARRT (T) Radiation Therapy certification required
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor required, AHA preferred and required by some clients
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
  • Experience administering prescribed radiation treatments under the direction of a Radiation Oncologist
  • Knowledge of treatment planning systems, linear accelerators, and radiation safety protocols
  • Ability to accurately position patients and monitor treatments
  • Strong attention to detail and patient safety
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with oncology and interdisciplinary teams
  • Free from illegal drug use and effects of alcohol in the workplace
