•Patient Volume: 19,000

•Specialties: Emergency Medicine, General Surgery 

•Coverage Model: 12-hour shifts, 10 shifts per month | 12-hour mid-level coverage

•Number of Beds: 69 hospital beds

•Acuity: Medium

•EMR: Cerner

•Admissions/Transfers: 15% admission rate


Qualifications

•Licensure: Missouri medical license (or ability to obtain)

•Board Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible – ABEM, ABIM, ABFM

•Experience: Prior EM experience required

•Skills & Procedures: Broad EM skills set appropriate for a critical access facility

•Badges: ATLS, BLS, PALS

The facility has surgical suites and offers general surgery along with being the first facility to provide an incision-less surgery for the treatment of acid reflux disease. The hospital shares a campus with CHI St. Vincent Rehabilitation Hospital.
