Job description

Mid-Level Intelligence Sharing Specialist

Ft. Belvoir, VA

*This position is contingent upon contract award and the actual job description may vary based on specific contract requirements and organizational needs.*

Responsibilities
  • Provide data integration support including data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery
  • Support intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination activities
  • Support foreign disclosure and intelligence dissemination operations
  • Lead a team and manage work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
  • Draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures
  • Produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts
  • Deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
  • Coordinate with bilateral and multilateral partner organizations on information sharing requirements
  • Attend meetings and working groups as directed; provide meeting notes or after-action reports
  • Consolidate points of contact for future engagements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education degree with 4 years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery
  • Demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years
  • 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
  • Demonstrated experience in a foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts
  • Active Security clearance required
