Job Summary
We're looking for a talented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our creative and marketing team to help bring our vision to life. This role requires a passion for design, attention to detail, and the ability to translate brand ideas into visually appealing content. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in print, digital, and packaging design, with the ability to adapt to different design needs across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
  • Create visually stunning graphics for product packaging, marketing materials, and digital content.
  • Develop design concepts that align with brand strategy and identity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to produce high-quality designs for print and web.
  • Revise designs based on feedback to ensure company satisfaction and design consistency.
  • Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and software to continually improve creative output.
  • Leverage AI tools and project management systems to streamline workflow and uphold processes.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience in product or packaging design is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • A great eye for detail and a passion for creative design.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with photography (editing, color adjustments, etc.)
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and design principles.
  • Strong understanding of print production processes.
