# Graphic Designer## •### @LVAcesPosted on 4/13/2026•Full-time## Job Description**PRIMARY PURPOSE:**The Las Vegas Aces are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and highly organized individual to join the team as a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for all digital and print deliverables across multiple team platforms. The Graphic Designer is responsible for implementing brand look and feels and standards for the Las Vegas Aces. This role, in conjunction with the rest of the marketing and creative teams, is a key player in creating and upholding brand standards.**PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Collaborate with all departments for design requests including marketing, social media, corporate partnerships, game presentation, ticket sales and community to ensure business objectives are being met through design in timely manner.* Create compelling visual assets for league and team marketing efforts across platforms including social media, digital, email, mobile, web, broadcast, out-of-home, in-venue, merchandise, and more.* Communicate successfully throughout the creative process; from first draft to final sign off and production approvals.* Stay informed on developing creative trends in sports, culture, and entertainment, and conveying new ideas to the team.* Assist with the development of the Aces visual brand and season long campaigns and maintain brand standards.* Provide creative input, ideas and concepts to support the overall marketing, brand development, and business objectives of the organization.**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:*** Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in related fields.* A portfolio is required, please submit past and current work in a PDF document or provide a link to your website within your resume.* At least 4 years’ experience in design field.* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.* Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (C6 and above) and Microsoft Office programs such as: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.* Experience with motion graphics is not required but is a highly valued skill.**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:*** Strong conversational, written, and visual skills.* Experience in collegiate or professional sports preferred.* Must be able to work independently or with a team to create content.* Possess a high level of attention to detail.* Good time management skills to meet deadlines in place.* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere.* Manage graphic design requests simultaneously from departments across the Aces organization.* Brand management and understanding how to work within a style guide.* Deep understanding of typography, hierarchy, composition, and color theory.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.LocationOn-sitePayPay not disclosed #J-18808-Ljbffr
