A Neonatologist is sought to join a collaborative NICU team within a well-established, not-for-profit health system. This role offers the opportunity to provide specialized care for newborns in a supportive, team-based environment.
-Provide care for premature and critically ill newborns
-Work in a Level III NICU with 10 beds
-Average daily census of 5–6 patients
-Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
-Participate in quality improvement and educational initiatives
-Support and educate families throughout neonatal care
