Full Stack Developer

📍 Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)
🕒 Duration: 12+ Months Contract
💰 Pay Rate: $40/hr – $46/hr on W2 (DOE)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and talented Full Stack Developer to join our team supporting the Consumer Privacy System initiative. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on modern web applications that enable privacy request management while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing responsive user interfaces, building backend services, and working with cloud technologies to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications to support consumer privacy requests.
  • Build and enhance responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Develop server-side logic, APIs, and backend services to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, Architects, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Translate wireframes and mockups into clean, maintainable, and accessible code.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including API specifications and system designs.
  • Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to development best practices.
  • Implement and support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code quality checks, and deployment strategies.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and privacy requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong programming experience with Python.
  • Hands-on experience with frontend development using:
    • React.js
    • Vue.js
    • JavaScript
    • HTML5
    • CSS3
  • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with AWS services including:
    • Lambda
    • S3
    • Route53
    • CloudFormation
  • Knowledge of software design patterns, coding standards, and development best practices.
  • Experience with Git and version control workflows including branching, merging, and code reviews.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of application security principles and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations and frameworks including:
    • CCPA
    • GDPR
  • Experience supporting privacy-focused applications or compliance initiatives.
  • Exposure to automated testing frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
