You will be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership in the delivery and design management, ensuring alignment with client expectations, regulatory standards, and best practices.
  • Engage as part of large multidisciplinary teams and review design documents for consistency and coordination.
  • Interface with other disciplines, project management, and the client to provide fully coordinated projects.
  • Analyzing reports, specifications, and studies.
  • Perform quality reviews on designs performed by others.
  • Support field construction efforts, including reviewing submittals, responding to questions from clients and contractors, and performing field walks, as required.
  • Undertaking a ‘digital by default’ approach in deliverables.
  • Deliver packages of work as Engineer-of-Record with the assistance of other technical and production staff.
  • Provide oversight and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers undertaking technical design work on basic engineering applications and principles.
  • Participate in the development of proposals, budgets, and schedules for process-specific work as required.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders in the ongoing development of major program.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • At least 15+ years of experience working on Chemical, Oil & Gas, Metal, or Power projects.
  • Experience with software applications relevant to the respective industry and field of specialization.
