Holland & Knight is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate โ€“ Mid South practice in Nashville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have 3โ€“5 years of sophisticated real estate experience, including acquisitions, leasing, divestitures, purchase and sale agreements, real estate finance, reciprocal easement agreements, and related development and governance documents. Candidates should bring strong drafting and writing skills, close attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and immediately transferable experience, along with a strong academic background.
