Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales & Service Representative to join our team in Stuart, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level professional with a technical background and a passion for customer service and sales. The ideal candidate will build relationships with customers, provide technical product support, identify new business opportunities, and help drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Promote and sell technical products and services to commercial and industrial clients.
  • Provide technical guidance, product recommendations, and troubleshooting support.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed.
  • Travel locally to visit customer sites and support business development efforts.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, customer service, engineering support, or a related field.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
