Job description

We are seeking a Junior, Mid and Senior Analysts to perform declassification reviews on permanent historical records created by the DoD, and other Federal Civilian Agencies. Our teams assist the DoD client in executing Federal mandates and achieving economy and efficiency in managing classified records.

**Contingent on contract Award**

 Responsibilities:   

  •  Conduct initial declassification reviews in support of a Government agency 
  • Analyze unclassified and classified documents to determine the appropriate action needed in accordance with E.O. 13526
  • Demonstrate understanding of document markings to include classification markings 
  • Utilize analytical skills to make recommendations on documents for release, referral to other agencies, and exemption from automatic declassification 
  •  Recognize possible nuclear weapons and intelligence information 
  • Properly handle boxes and documents (boxes can weigh between 15-25 lbs.) and ensure integrity of each and every box remains intact   

Requirements: 

One of the following:

  • a)At least two (2)  to 10 years of military experience, OR
  • b)At least two (2) years of experience in the field of specialized expertise which
    1. include performance of the following functions with respect to Army Records
    2. Management to include Declassification, FOIA, or Privacy, OR
  • c)A bachelor’s or postgraduate degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Must have the ability perform in-depth reviews and evaluations on records using the declassification review process, provide solutions to analytical problems, be cognizant of different agencies equities, and exhibit knowledge of the proper use of acronyms, and document dispositions rendered on documents reviewed.
  • Must have experience working on classified projects and proficient with safeguarding, maintaining and the proper handling and reporting procedures affiliated with the handling of classified records
  • Must have an active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI. Note: Top Secret Clearance Requires U.S. Citizenship
