Job description

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Mid-Level Technician – Primary Target

Annual Income Earnings Range $80,000- $120,000

 

Required:

  • 3–5 years of automotive technician experience
  • Minimum 3 ASE A-Series certifications
  • Strong hands-on repair and diagnostic ability

Preferred:

  • More than 3 ASE certifications
  • Engine, Drivetrain and/or Chassis Expert designation
  • Toyota or dealership experience is a plus
  • Strong flag-hour production
  • Technician who wants to continue earning certifications and advancing

Do not limit the search to someone who barely meets the 3-ASE minimum. Ideally, we want a technician toward the stronger end of the mid-level range who can contribute quickly.


TECHNICIAN LEVEL & PAY CHART

Base Flat Rate: $25.00/hour

The pay structure builds as technicians earn additional certifications and expert designations.

Important recruiting note: Most of their Mid-Level Technicians are starting around $35/hour based on the certifications they bring with them.
