Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health status and devise individualized treatment plans that respect cultural diversities and address specific needs.
• Utilize the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to diagnose mental health issues and track patient progress over time.
• Employ evidence-based strategies and interventions to achieve desired patient outcomes, continually adjusting care as necessary.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment records, and progress evaluations accurately and on time, leveraging current technology in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary team members to create comprehensive and actionable treatment plans.
• Serve as a resource for patients by coordinating referrals to treatment providers and other services, facilitating smooth transitions in care.
• Provide mentorship and educational support to students, interns, and volunteers for their professional development.
• Participate in peer reviews and clinical collaborations to enhance team practice and ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
