Mid-Level Analyst

Quantico, VA

Top Secret/SCI Clearance Required



Join the EnProVera team as a Mid‑Level Analyst providing analytical, triage, case management, and reporting support to the United States Marine Corps Insider Threat Program (MC InTP) and Insider Threat Analysis Hub. This role directly supports the Marine Corps’ mission to deter, detect, and mitigate insider threats. This position requires strong analytical judgment, disciplined workflow execution, and the ability to synthesize information from security, behavioral, cyber, HR, and law enforcement data sources.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Receive, safeguard, and triage insider threat referrals and alerts from Marine Corps and DoD sources.
  • Gather relevant information from internal and external data systems to support case initiation.
  • Conduct structured analysis using behavioral, security, cyber, HR, and law enforcement data.
  • Apply adjudicative guidelines and structured professional judgment to assess risk and identify concerning behaviors.
  • Develop risk‑based findings and mitigation recommendations.
  • Process and analyze structured/unstructured data to support dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining data quality, metrics, and analytic visualizations.
  • Support development and maintenance of training materials, awareness products, and analyst training records.
  • Brief initial findings to Hub leadership and support command engagements.
  • Translate complex analytic information into clear, actionable insights for Marine Corps decision‑makers.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in intelligence, security, counterintelligence, law enforcement, behavioral analysis, or related analytical roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and produce clear, defensible analytic products.
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with insider threat indicators, behavioral risk factors, and adjudicative guidelines preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, sensitive environment requiring discretion and disciplined workflow execution.

Desired Skills and Experience (if applicable):

  • Experience supporting DoD Insider Threat Programs, security operations, or behavioral threat assessment.
  • Familiarity with DSOS, DITMAC processes, CEVC workflows, or similar case management systems.
  • Training or experience in threat assessment, workplace violence prevention, or behavioral analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization, dashboards, or performance metrics.
