Job description

Boone County Health Center is seeking a compassionate, motivated Rehab Aide to support patient care and therapy operations under the direction of licensed physical and occupational therapists.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with patient prep, transport, and treatment setup
  • Support patient therapy sessions per therapist instructions
  • Promote patient safety and follow infection control procedures
  • Perform clerical duties including scheduling, recordkeeping, and supply ordering

Qualifications:
  • Minimum age 16
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • CPR certification and medical terminology knowledge preferred
  • Prior therapy aide experience a plus

Physical Requirements:
Frequent walking, standing, and lifting up to 20 lbs; ability to assist with patient mobility and use therapy equipment.
