Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Omaha, NE
Work Locations: 72nd & Center and/or 162nd & Dodge
Job Type: Full-time Employee
Compensation: Hourly wage, based on experience
Experience Level: Intermediate (3-7 years)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (no weekends or holidays)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Start Date: Immediately

Position Overview
The LPN plays a key role in providing excellent patient care and supporting the clinical team. Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and document vital signs
  • Obtain medication and medical history
  • Administer injections and perform venipuncture
  • Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation
  • Assist with minor in-office procedures and exams
  • Prepare and room patients
  • Clean and stock exam rooms

Qualifications
  • Valid LPN license in the state of Nebraska
