GES is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst specializing in data visualization to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to design, develop, and maintain informative dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI and MicroStrategy. The successful candidate will play a critical mission-support role by transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that directly facilitate business strategy, decision-making, and IT Operations sustainment in support of critical mission requirements enhancing the reliability and security of Department of War (DoW) networks and systems. Primary Responsibilities * Dashboard Development - Design, build, and deploy interactive dashboards, reports, and dossiers using Power BI and MicroStrategy
* IT Operations Support -Identify, extract, and analyze relevant data specifically in support of IT Operations and system sustainment initiatives.
* Data Integration & ETL - Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from disparate structured and unstructured data sources to prepare it for analysis and visualization.
* Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with business leaders and IT decision-makers to gather requirements and translatebusiness needs into technical visualization specifications.
* Data Analysis - Interrogate and analyze complex datasets to uncover critical trends, patterns, and insights that supportstrategic initiatives.
* Optimization & Quality Assurance -Validatedata accuracy, troubleshoot reporting anomalies, andoptimizedashboardperformance for end-users.
