Job Description

4 - 6 years related work experience

College Degree or equivalent experience

Experience providing technical support for deployment of application changes to IT environment consisting of multiple platforms including Unix, ETL and Windows. Provide technical expertise and solve complex deployment issues.

Experience in understanding Deployment Management risks and controls

Experience in developing and enforcing build and deployment automation solutions

Scripting experience is required in one of this shell/perl

Preferred Skills Experience with technologies such as Java, J2EE, .Net technologies

Familiarity with change/deployment tools such as Service Now, GIT etc.

Knowledge in tools like DataStage, Informatica, Microstrategy, TeamStudio, sharepoint, etc.

Experience in continuous integration/Continuous Deployment tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube Chef/Puppet/ansible/Docker etc.

Familiarity with middleware web infrastructure tools such as Apache, Tomcat, Weblogic , Oracle SOA/OSB/BPEL etc.

Interface with Change Managers to understand the deployment work in the pipeline and help with the change impact analysis

Knowledge and experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodology, Application Change Management process, Infrastructure Change Management Process

ITIL foundation certification

Excellent skills in communication, analytical, problem solving, relationship management, conflict management and customer service
