Job description

TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) administrateur(trice) système senior pour assurer la gestion, la sécurité et l’évolution de l’infrastructure TI d’un organisme public. La personne intégrera une équipe responsable des environnements Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory et des opérations cloud hybrides.

Sans être exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devra fournir la personne retenue :

  • Administrer et maintenir les ressources Azure (VM, firewalls, VNet, NSG, Azure AD Connect);
  • Gérer les environnements Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune);
  • Administrer Active Directory : comptes, groupes, OU, GPO, DNS, DHCP et synchronisation AAD;
  • Mettre en place des stratégies de sauvegarde, de monitoring et de reprise après sinistre (Azure Backup, Veeam);
  • Implémenter et maintenir les politiques de sécurité : MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, Zero Trust;
  • Fournir un support avancé de niveaux 2/3 pour les incidents systèmes, réseaux et infonuagiques;
  • Développer et maintenir des scripts PowerShell pour l’automatisation des opérations;
  • Rédiger et tenir à jour la documentation technique (procédures, architecture, configurations).

Requirements

  • Détenir un diplôme universitaire pertinent en informatique, en génie informatique, en télécommunications ou dans un domaine connexe, ou une expérience équivalente;
  • Posséder 7 ans d’expérience pertinente;
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, Active Directory / Azure AD;
  • Connaissances solides : Zero Trust, IAM, PIM/PAM, DLP, RBAC, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmark, NIST;
  • Expérience avec Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Endpoint et les outils SIEM;
  • Connaissance des services Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint) et de JIRA (atout);
  • Bonne connaissance du français et de l’anglais; rigueur, autonomie et souci du détail.
