Job Description:
Wipro is seeking a Technical Writer to support engineering documentation activities for NVIDIA products. This role will focus on creating, updating, reviewing, and publishing technical procedures, instruction guides, engineering documentation, process documents, and technical presentations. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers and subject matter experts to ensure documentation is accurate, clear, and release-ready.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Create, edit, maintain, and publish technical engineering documentation.
  2. Develop and update technical procedures, instruction guides, process documentation, and presentations.
  3. Collaborate with engineers, operations teams, and subject matter experts to gather technical information and ensure content accuracy.
  4. Support document reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
  5. Manage document revisions, updates, and publication activities in accordance with documentation standards.
  6. Create and maintain tables, diagrams, process flows, illustrations, and other supporting documentation content using Microsoft Office tools.
  7. Organize and maintain documentation repositories, ensuring proper version control and document traceability.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, content creation, or a related role.
  3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and document formatting.
  4. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  5. Strong attention to detail and ability to organize complex information into clear, user-friendly documentation.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical subject matter experts.
