**This role is 100% onsite in Downtown Seattle**

If you have over 1 year of experience in a call center or similar role, we have an exciting career building opportunity for you! Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for this role!

A well-established legal administration company on-site in the heart of Downtown Seattle is looking for an experienced Contact Center Support Agent to engage and support potential claimants over the phone and via email regarding their eligibility to participate in class action lawsuits.

As a Contact Center Support Agent, you're responsible for answering complex participant questions according to strict guidelines while still providing warm and professional customer service. You’re a good fit for this role if you can follow detailed instructions and enjoy hands-on support from leadership.

Contact Center Support Agent Duties:
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails regarding legal claims

  • 1+ years call center or similar experience
  • 6+ months on-site, in-office experience
  • Experience utilizing multiple CRMs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Pay: $23/hour
