Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and SQL Data Warehouse Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration and data warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database development, ETL processes, and data warehousing using Microsoft SQL Server and related technologies.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using SSIS to extract data from various sources, transform it according to business requirements, and load it into target databases
  • Develop, create, and maintain data warehouses combining multiple disparate source systems for downstream financial and operational reporting
  • Work directly with project leads to understand requirements and propose key analytics solutions to drive effective decision-making and influence business objectives
  • Create SSRS reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate insights into key performance indicators and trends
  • Optimize and tune SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation workflows to improve performance and scalability
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of SSIS packages, stored procedures and SSRS/data warehouse reports to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to business requirements
  • Document technical specifications, data mappings, and process flows to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain system documentation
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users for data integration and reporting tools and solutions

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in SQL querying, stored procedures, and database design concepts
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data mart design
  • Hands-on experience with SSIS for building complex ETL processes and data workflows
  • Proficiency in designing and developing SSRS reports, including parameterized reports, drill-down reports, and interactive dashboards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex data and business requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with other Microsoft BI tools such as Power BI and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and principles.
  • Certifications in MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, or data warehousing.
  • Experience working with Salesforce

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in SQL Server development, including SSIS and SSRS

Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to work in a standard office environment with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The SQL Developer must be able to use hands and fingers to operate a keyboard and mouse for extended durations, with frequent viewing of computer screens. Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting of office materials (up to 15 pounds) may be required.
