Position: .NET System Software Programmer
Location: Columbia, SC Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)
Years of Exp: 10+Years
Work Type: C2C/W2
Duration:12 Months
Location: Candidate MUST be a SC resident. No relocation allowed.

Scope of the Project
We are seeking a highly skilled .NET System Software Programmer with extensive experience in application development and system programming. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining critical software applications, leading system modifications, and supporting federal and state compliance initiatives. This role requires a self-starter who can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Daily Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop, modify, and maintain VB/ASP.NET and C# code accessing MS SQL Server 2019 databases.
• Lead development of system modifications to support multiple system interfaces.
• Design and implement bi-directional interfaces with external state agencies to meet regulatory requirements.
• Assist with ongoing maintenance and operations of critical applications and subsystems.
• Plan and implement system designs to comply with federal and state requirements.
• Support application changes related to settlement agreements and preventive services acts.
• Develop data files for federal reporting, state reporting, and ad hoc requests.
Required Skills
• 10+ years of experience designing and implementing software systems using .Net
• 8+ years of experience developing data-driven applications using SQL
• 8+ years of experience building Windows/Web-based software systems utilizing N-Tier architectures
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft operating systems and at least two application, database, messaging, or web server systems (MS Server, Team Foundation Server, Visual)
Preferred Skills
  • Experience related to child welfare orhuman services system design and development
  • Experience with SACWIS/CCWISrequirements
