Senior .NET Developer Location: Columbia, SC Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Project Scope: Seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to develop, enhance, and support enterprise-class mission-critical business applications

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with .NET, C#, Oracle, SQL Server, Microsoft development technologies, and enterprise system integrations. The role involves designing, developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining highly scalable applications while collaborating with business users, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver reliable software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-level .NET applications

Develop and support mission-critical business applications using C# and .NET technologies. Build and maintain integrations with Oracle and SQL Server databases. Develop solutions using Microsoft's software development ecosystem

Analyze, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and production support. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.

Work with external vendors and internal teams to develop specifications and test plans. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices. Maintain technical documentation and provide regular project status updates.

Support software deployments, upgrades, and ongoing application maintenance. Required Skills & Experience: 6+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using .NET and C#. 4+ years of experience supporting complex enterprise-class mission-critical applications

4+ years of experience integrating applications with Oracle and SQL Server databases. 4+ years of experience using Microsoft software development tools and technologies. 4+ years of State Government experience.

Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Visual Studio 2022 or later.

Knowledge of Visual COBOL V7 or later. Experience troubleshooting client-server applications. Experience collaborating with business users and external vendors to develop requirements, specifications, and test plans.

Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and software development best practices. Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
