Position Overview
 
We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to design, develop, deploy, and support web-based applications, dashboards, and data-driven solutions that enable daily business and production activities. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand business needs, develop effective technical solutions, and continuously improve existing applications and processes.
The ideal candidate combines strong full-stack development and data skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web applications, dashboards, and interactive visual reports supporting daily production and business activities.
  • Develop solutions using a full suite of technologies, including ColdFusion, .NET, C#, Angular, and other modern development tools.
  • Design and develop relationships between data sources and create tabular and multidimensional data models using Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Extract, transform, query, and analyze data to support business reporting and decision-making.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI Desktop and other visualization tools.
  • Partner with customers and business stakeholders to understand requirements, clearly define problems, evaluate potential solutions, and validate delivered solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with customers and IT development teams using an Agile/continuous improvement approach.
  • Manage and support Windows operating systems and servers associated with assigned applications and systems.
  • Troubleshoot, enhance, maintain, and modernize legacy applications.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through digital technologies and data-driven solutions.
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge in emerging tools and technologies, including Power BI, Power Automate, OSI PI, and other digital platforms.
  • Maintain awareness of current Cybersecurity practices and incorporate appropriate security considerations into solutions.
  • Balance multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and delivery.
 
Required / Preferred Qualifications
Technical Experience
 
  • Ideally 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
  • Experience with web application development and supporting technologies such as C#, .NET, Angular, and/or ColdFusion.
  • Strong experience with data extraction, SQL queries, and data analysis.
  • Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI Desktop.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.
  • Experience with data modeling, data management, and relational database concepts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other visualization or analytical tools.
  • Experience supporting production, manufacturing, or operational environments is a plus.
  • Professional Services or Consulting experience is a plus.
