Job Summary:
Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. They are seeking a highly motivated Generative AI Developer with RPA expertise to lead the design and implementation of intelligent automation solutions that transform business operations by automating workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end GenAI RPA solutions independently with minimal supervision
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, etc.) into automation workflows
• Engineer effective prompts, manage embedding strategies, and orchestrate LLM pipelines using tools such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Build intelligent bots and GenAI solutions that interact with internal/external systems, including those that understand structured and unstructured documentation (e.g., test cases, manuals, requirements)
• Automate complex business workflows involving document understanding, unstructured data parsing, and contextual decision-making
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand automation needs, and translate them into functional solutions
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, performance, and governance standards
• Create reusable components, documentation, and handoff materials for broader automation teams
• Stay current on advancements in GenAI, automation platforms, and AI-driven productivity tooling
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in software development or automation, including hands-on project leadership
• Strong proficiency with at least one RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate)
• Proven experience building or integrating GenAI/LLM-based solutions (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, etc.), with the ability to extract insights from large document sets and generate outputs like test cases or summaries
• Expertise in Python (or equivalent scripting language) for workflow orchestration, API calls, and automation glue logic
• Experience working with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Azure Cognitive Search, etc.) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment
Preferred:
• Experience with document processing/OCR tools (e.g., Azure Form Recognizer, ABBYY, Tesseract)
• Exposure to enterprise platforms like Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or Workday
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and version control practices
• Experience applying LLMs to QA use cases, such as test case generation, test coverage analysis, or requirements traceability
• Knowledge of data privacy, prompt injection mitigation, and LLM safety considerations
• Relevant certifications such as: UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate, OpenAI Developer credentials or equivalents
