Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your essential responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with daily living skills, such as meal planning, shopping, and cooking, promoting self-sufficiency and independence.
  • Guiding clients in medication management, including prompts for dosage adherence, refills, proper storage, and monitoring compliance.
  • Facilitating transportation arrangements for clients, offering assistance with public transportation systems, and accompanying clients to essential medical appointments.
  • Maintaining a well-stocked environment by ensuring clients have access to necessary household supplies, as directed by treatment goals.
  • Delivering services that meet the highest standards of care, ensuring that treatment approaches are tailored to facilitate progress and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Adhering to all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements pertinent to our program, including compliance with state licensing regulations.
  • Collaborative teamwork, ensuring effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders regarding client progress and care coordination.
  • Maintaining thorough and timely documentation of client interactions, mileage reports, and other relevant documentation in alignment with established standards.

You will be working primarily with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
