The Recruiting Manager is responsible for all recruiting and onboarding efforts for the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet with Manager to confirm need for position and understand role requirements and plan recruiting schedules
  • Post current job openings in Applicant Tracking System
  • Review resumes and screen candidates
  • Attend career fairs as necessary
  • Schedule and conduct virtual interviews, then present candidate to hiring manager
  • Administer candidate assessments
  • Post and conduct weekly hiring events
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters to selected candidates; onboard them in HRIS
  • Conduct pre-employment background checks
  • Complete I-9 and E-Verfiy for new hires
  • Assist new hires with onboarding questions
  • Conduct new hire orientation for Inside Sales staff
  • Prepare desk, phone, tablet, computer/laptop
  • Create and distribute new hire announcement
  • Assist with employee relations events such as holiday party, founders day, etc.
  • Cover front desk during breaks, absences

Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship building.
• Excellent organization and follow-through skills.
• Demonstrated corporate recruiting experience.
• Ability and desire to work collaboratively with key business stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive issues.
• Demonstrate solid judgment and highly ethical behavior.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite or related software, payroll/HRIS systems, and basic data analysis.
• High energy level, self-starter with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
• Proven ability to navigate through ambiguity within a dynamic environment.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience preferred.
