One common challenge is coordinating testing efforts with multiple development teams, especially when updates are frequent and deadlines are tight. QA Engineers need to create and maintain robust automated test suites while also adapting to new technologies and testing tools. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying issues early and collaborating with developers to resolve them quickly.

What engineers make $500,000?

Senior engineers in high-demand fields such as software engineering, especially at major tech companies like Microsoft, can earn $500,000 or more annually through base salary, bonuses, and stock options.
